Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to anyone using the Codev Digital website, the No Delay AI products (EcomFalcon and future releases), and any work-product we deliver under an engagement.

2. You will not use our services to

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, or anything that breaches anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, PECR).
• Distribute malware, scrape sites without permission, or attempt to break into systems you don't own.
• Process payment data outside the integrations we have built (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) without our written approval.
• Train AI models on third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
• Build or operate anything illegal, deceptive, or designed to harm others.

3. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content sent through our products, message bodies, customer data, contact lists. We will suspend access if we have reason to believe you're sending content in breach of this policy.

4. Rate limits and fair use

Plan limits (confirmations per month, API calls, message volume) are listed in your subscription. Sustained abuse of free tiers or shared resources may trigger throttling or suspension. We will always try to contact you first.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Codev Digital service or No Delay AI product is being misused, email abuse@codevdigital.com. We investigate within 1 working day and respond to the reporter within 5.

6. Consequences

Breaches of this policy may result in warnings, account suspension, termination of services with no refund of the current billing period, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
