Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only the information we actually need to run our studio and our products. This breaks down into three groups:

• Contact details you share with us, name, email, company, phone, and anything you tell us on a strategy call or in a form submission.
• Site usage data via privacy-respecting analytics, pages viewed, referrer, country-level location, device type. We do not track you across other sites.
• Product data, only if you sign up for EcomFalcon or any other No Delay AI product, covered in the relevant product's own privacy notice and DPA.

2. How we use it

We use what we collect to respond to your enquiry, deliver the work you've hired us to do, improve our site and products, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, ever.

3. Who we share it with

Only the third-party services we use to run the business, for example, Google Workspace for email, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Mailgun for transactional emails. Each is bound by its own contract and processes data only on our instructions.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies plus a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

5. Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK or California (or anywhere with similar laws), you have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@codevdigital.com and we'll action your request within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep client engagement data for as long as we have a live commercial relationship, then for 7 years after for tax and audit purposes. Marketing leads who haven't engaged in 24 months are auto-deleted.

7. Security

All data sits in encrypted-at-rest databases inside reputable cloud providers. Access is role-restricted and 2FA-enforced. We disclose breaches affecting your data within 72 hours, in writing, to the address you registered with us.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days and, where reasonable, emailed to active clients.
