What we built.
Mr Robusto is a complete loyalty platform for a Canadian cigar business, including a mobile app for iOS and Android, a web dashboard for stores, and an admin panel. The client came via Areeb (IT Walay), a company brought in through outreach. Users can browse products, track loyalty rewards, and receive personalised promotions. Retailers manage promotions, loyalty rules, and referral campaigns from the web dashboard.

Building four separate surfaces, iOS, Android, web dashboard, and admin panel, in a single engagement required careful scope management. The management dashboard lets stores and admins manage all products and content, while promo codes and loyalty points, tailored specifically to cigars, run across the app. Keeping promotions, loyalty tracking, and referral mechanics consistent across mobile and web while maintaining fast performance required solid system architecture.
