An inventory and shop-management web platform for small businesses in Pakistan.
What we built.
Hisab Karu is a fully mobile-responsive web platform, not a mobile app, that helps small businesses in Pakistan manage their shop data, products, orders, and sales, in one place. We built the frontend, backend, and UI/UX end to end. It covers inventory management with stock tracking, low-stock and expiry alerts, POS integration, and a built-in online store. We also added a custom website inside it so shop owners get a proper dashboard to manage payments, addresses, and more, all at very reasonable prices. Pricing is in PKR with WhatsApp-based payment activation, tailored to the Pakistani market it serves.

The core challenge was building a single platform that handles inventory, orders, alerts, POS, and an online store while staying fast and fully responsive on the everyday devices common in the Pakistani market. Keeping stock, sales, and the storefront in sync in real time required careful backend design, and the WhatsApp-based activation flow had to stay simple for non-technical shop owners.
