What we built.
PK4Devs is a talent marketplace concept we designed in Figma to connect skilled Pakistani developers with international tech companies. The scope was design only, no development. We delivered the complete UI/UX, public-facing pages, developer onboarding and profiles, and hiring company dashboards, so the product is ready to build and pitch from. Developers can showcase skills and apply for global opportunities, while companies can discover, evaluate, and hire vetted talent.

The main challenge was designing for trust on both sides, developers and foreign companies, within a single product. Creating a clear onboarding and profile system that highlights skills without complexity was essential. The design also needed to balance branding, credibility, and usability for an international audience, all delivered as a development-ready Figma file.
